Jim Rankin came to California in the 80's to go bodyboarding but had trouble "catching water." So, he invented Webs Gloves and sold to surf shops everywhere. Whamo licensed the product.
Since then, he developed Flying Dragons, the Fit Boxer, and other items. Today he is a full-time inventor.
