Greta Meyer, grew up in Philadelphia and went to Stanford to study product design.

As part of a product design project at Stanford, she studied a problem all women dread: bad menstrual experiences. She and Amanda Calabrese invented an improved tampon called Sequel.

They plan to launch Sequel into the marketplace soon.
